Site Service undergoes successful 1090 re-audit
We are delighted to announce that Site Service Engineering Ltd has been re-certified as a BS EN 1090 compliant company, achieving a perfect record in our recent audit.
BS EN 1090 for structural steel and aluminium is a standard to which all organisations who design and/or manufacture steel or aluminium components must adhere in order to sell products in Europe. The standard verifies that an organisation is ensuring safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
To achieve compliance, companies must undergo an internal audit to prove that their staff are qualified, their processes are robust, and their products conform to industry standards. Once certified, organisations must undergo surveillance checks at regular intervals to ensure their continued compliance.
At the most recent audit on 28 March 2019, Site Service Engineering achieved 1090 compliance with no non-compliance areas or recommendations for improvement.
